• The Chicago Coalition is creating a cool new Nothing But Nets postcard photo featuring Campaign spokespeople!  The postcard photo will be used to raise awareness about malaria prevention around World Malaria Day.  Stay tuned to learn more information on how to get one!

• The Chicago Coalition hosted a Nothing But Nets Press Conference in the Thompson Center.  Lt. Governor Pat Quinn, Spokesperson Diego Gutierrez, and other partners and spokespeople gathered together and recognized April 25 as World Malaria Day.

• Nothing But Nets cheered on the Chicago Fire against the Colorado Rapids!  During the game, the Chicago Fire featured a number of Nothing But Nets activities, including a raffle and a half-time presentation.

Nothing But Nets, The UN Foundation, and the Chiago Bulls Emergency Appeal for Displaced Persons in Chad
The United Nations Foundation (UN Foundation) called on Americans to help respond to an urgent, immediate need for long-lasting,  insecticide-treated bed nets to prevent malaria transmission in temporary camps on the Chad-Sudan border. 

Nothing But Nets Malaria Boot Camp
During this 3-hour workshop, supporters learned about malaria, how it is affecting children and families in Africa, and how they can get their friends and family involved in Nothing But Nets.

*Attention Bootcampers: Thank you for coming out and joining us at the United Center for the Nothing But Nets Malaria Boot Camp!  We hope you enjoyed yourselves and learned something new about malaria and how you can be a part of Nothing But Nets.

At the UIC Pavilion on Friday, July 27, we held a Nothing But Nets night with the Chicago Sky! We watched the Sky take on the Phoenix Mercury while helping raise awareness about malaria. 

"The Challenge": Top fundraisers sent us details about the community events they hosted to teach their friends and family about malaria and Nothing But Nets to win tickets to a Bulls game!
