CDW, HP and Intel

CDW, HP and Intel are teaming up with Nothing But Nets™ to save lives!

For every Hewlett Packard G6 server unit sold at CDW between May 1st and September 30th, 2009, Intel and Hewlett Packard will donate $5 to Nothing But Nets™ to help prevent malaria, a leading killer of children in Africa.

Malaria is also the number one killer of refugees in Africa.  Due to inadequate shelter, unsanitary living conditions and limited medical care and supplies, refugees are particularly vulnerable to malaria, a disease that is spread by a tiny mosquito.

But  it’s easy to help! Insecticide-treated bed nets kill the mosquitoes that carry the disease. Nets can reduce malaria transmission by up to 90%.

It costs just $10 to provide a long-lasting insecticide-treated bed net to prevent this deadly disease.

A child dies from malaria every 30 seconds – CDW, HP and Intel recognize the need to change this statistic.  Want to be part of this effort to save lives from malaria?  Here is how you can get involved:
