Q: How do I know what teams have tickets available?
A: Due to the incredible response to this promotion, several teams have quickly sold out of their ticket inventory. Below is a list of teams that are SOLD OUT as of Tuesday, December 30, 2009 at 1:00 PM ET. Teams are selling out rapidly and unfortunately we cannot promise tickets will be available in your area.

Q: How can I become eligible for two free NBA tickets?
A: To receive two (2) complimentary tickets to an NBA basketball game, courtesy of NBA Cares and HP, you must make a minimum $10 donation to the UN Foundation’s Nothing But Nets™. Subject to availability and participating teams. 

Q: Are there restrictions on the tickets?
A:  Only valid for date printed on ticket. Maximum 2 tickets per donation.

Q: Where do I get the tickets?
A:  After making your donation to Nothing But Nets™, the thank you confirmation page and confirmation email will provide a link where you can search for and obtain the tickets. From the NBA Cares website, you will be redirected to a team-specific page on Ticketmaster.com or Team Ticketing Partner site to view available games and redeem tickets. You will login to Ticketmaster PaperFast or team ticketing partner site to print tickets and pay the team’s standard PaperFast processing fee. Please note, processing fees vary from team to team (ranging from $1 - $5).

Q: How long do I have to redeem the tickets?
A: The tickets will be for a specific game that you will select. Tickets are only valid for the selected game.

Q: Are the tickets transferable?
A: No.

Q: How long is this ticket promotion available?
A:  You have until December 31, 2009 to donate and redeem the tickets. The ticket offer is valid only for games in the 2009-2010 season.

Q: Can I donate more than once to get more tickets to a game or to other games/teams?
A:  There is a 2 ticket limit per online donation. Subject to availability and participating teams.

Q: What happens if I am unable to use the tickets once I receive them?
A: The tickets will go unused. Refunds are not available.

Q: How come when I select a team there are no tickets available and I am unable to complete my transaction?
A: There is a limited supply of tickets for this promotion. If you are unable to proceed, the inventory for the team selected is no longer available.

Q: Why do I have to go through Ticketmaster or Team Ticketing Partner? Why do I have to pay a processing fee?
A: Ticketmaster is the ticketing provider for 24 out of the 30 teams. For any tickets processed through Ticketmaster or Team Ticketing Partner, a minor transaction fee is standard.

Q: Can I still get the tickets if I donate by check?
A: This offer is limited to online donations through NothingButNets.net, including NET-Raisers.

Q: Am I eligible for tickets if I'm a recurring donor?
A:  Yes, you will receive the link to redeem your tickets in your donation confirmation email.
